Mumbai University Translates Student’s Name from Kite to Patang
Nikita Kite, a BMM student from Ramnarain Ruia College was a little surprised to see that Mumbai University had changed her name on her marksheet. She went from being a Kite to a Patang. University officials said that this happened because of a software that translates words from English to Marathi. Read more here.
Mumbai Will Have an Educated BMC General Assembly This Time
Out of the 227 corporators in the BMC this year, we have 1 PhD, 12 postgraduates, 18 professionals (doctors, engineers, lawyers) and 64 graduates. We also have 12 corporators who have studied till Grade 5. The Congress has the honour of the most number of school dropouts with 5, followed by the BJP with 3 and the Sena with 2.

Why Did Nationalised Banks Strike Today
