The infamous student protests at JNU has divided the country into anti-nationals vs nationals. Ministers, the media and MPs have been quick to capitalise on the incident and turn the once esteemed university into a hotbed of so called anti-nationalism. The debate continues to rage on on TV screens, homes and streets all over the country.
What does Mumbai, the bustling capital of the city have to say about the whole JNU row? Mumbaikars are known for their casual bindaas attitude. Does that translate into their viewing of the JNU row? What do they think about Afzal Guru’s hanging? We took to the streets to find out and we were quite surprised at the results.
