Cellulite is a combination of fat, toxins, and water, and by drinking enough water you flush those unwanted fats and toxins out of your system, and prevent cellulite in the process.

The less mobile you are, the more irregular sleep patterns you have, and the more stress you have all contribute to cellulite growth.
