An ordinary speaker is entirely different from the car speakers of high-level companies. They produce their product in own, so they give the importance to the customer requirement. To enhance the quality of the product it must to add some component additionally. By adding some of the components both physically and virtually we achieve that quality.
The producer or manufacturer needs to concentrate more on the function of accessory part of speakers. Head unit is considered as the main part of the speaker containing the motherboard circuit and sensors. The main part is fully covered and protected from the short circuit or any other problem. Nowadays most of the car speakers are controlled by remote using some sensors. For safety purpose, the companies like Renault, Chrysler etc, also provide manual control.
Opposed electrical resistance:
Sometimes the circuit may be burst due to short circuit to avoid that some materials are used to oppose the electrical resistance. It doesn’t allow too much of current in to the speakers because it only requires a small amount of current. The electrical resistance material is available in a wide range but most of the companies use 4 ohms. The range, which is suitable for the car speakers, is 3 to 15 ohms. In normal condition opposed electrical resistance doesn’t depend on sound quality. If the opposition range is reduced then there is a problem in the signal-receiving end. The receivers are normally working in 4 to 6 ohms. An ideal speaker should perform its task even in 2 ohms but many receivers cannot do that.
Customer needs to check whether the good company manufactures the speakers. Nowadays the speaker company releases lots of duplicate products. The durability of that duplicated product is very minimum compare to the original product. Not only the durability, the function is also another important parameter is missing in duplicate products. The only original manufacturer should produce an original product. Many forgery companies releasing the duplicate products using the branded names, so there is the possibility of the customer to buy those duplicate product.
The sensitivity of the speaker is very high so only less amount of input is enough for speaker functioning. More input power makes the speaker as useless. The high input power readily destroys the electrical circuits in the speaker. At the same time, very low input power causes the speaker as insensitive. So the input power should be optimum for any branded speakers. The optimum input power helps the speaker to reduce distortion and to enhance the sound quality.
The main accessory part of the speaker is a woofer, which is used to recreate the low-frequency audio sound. Nowadays most of the audio system consists of woofer and subwoofer to enrich the quality of the sound. It usually performs well at the frequency range lies below the 185 Hz. the woofer and subwoofer transmit the sound to full car. Normally all the cars are covered with the sound absorbing material to arrest the echo. Woofers function should be classified in many ways. Woofers are used to produce the low-frequency sound and tweeter is used to produce high-frequency sound.
