New Harry Potter Film to be Out: Severus Snape and the Marauders

Harry Potter fans rejoice! A new fan-film Severus Snape and the Marauders made by Broad Strokes is going to give you a completely different perspective about Hogwarts before Harry Potter.

The fan-film will be able to see the light of the day thanks to a successful fundraising campaign ‘Kickstarter’. This new movie will delve into the time when Harry Potter’s parents Lily and James Potter and Snape were students at Hogwarts. Other characters from the series who will be part of the movie include Remus Lupin, Sirius Black and Peter Pettigrew. Interestingly, the James-Lily-Snape love triangle will be one of the key themes of the movie.

The official synopsis of the movie reads as follows:
“Set in 1978 just after Harry Potter’s father James graduates from Hogwarts, he and his friends Sirius Black, Remus Lupin and Peter Pettigrew celebrate at a bar, contemplating their place in a war they are to soon become a part of. When Severus Snape enters the same bar, James Potter decides to do something about Snape once and for all.”
