PC Muscle! Working Out Your PC Muscle

Most women have heard of the PC muscle, but very little have working knowledge of how it works. This muscle is very, very important to your overall pelvic floor health. Having weak PC muscles can cause several unwanted medical problems, both of which I will discuss in this article. But did you know that strengthening your PC muscles can also make your sex life exponentially better?

The PC Muscle Explained

The pc muscle is also known as the pubococcygeus muscle. It’s often described as a hammock-like structure that runs from the tail-bone to the pubic bone. It makes up the pelvic floor and helps to retain the pelvic organs. It also controls the flow of urine and contracts during an orgasm.

So you want to strengthen and tighten your vagina?

Tightening the vagina means strengthening the PC muscle. Your PC muscle contracts when you have an orgasm. Simply put, the stronger your PC muscle, the more powerfully it will contract. More powerful contractions means more powerful orgasms. And because when you strengthen your PC muscle it draws more blood into the pelvic cavity, your vagina has a sort of awakening. More blood in the pelvic cavity means that you will be far more orgasmic. You’ll have more orgasms, and they’ll be mind-blowing each and every time.

  • Treat Urinary Incontinence

Many women develop stress urinary incontinence after having a child. In can also occur during pregnancy, menopause, or in old age. It occurs because the muscles and/or nerves that make up the pelvic floor are considerably damaged and/or weakened. More specifically, the muscles that support the urethra are no longer strong enough to support the urethra when you cough, sneeze, laugh or exercise. When pressure is placed on the pelvic cavity, the urethra will drop from it’s normal position, thus leaking urine.

  • Uterine Prolapse

A more serious effect of a weak PC muscle in uterine prolapse. The muscles in the pelvic floor are unable to support the weight of the pelvic organs any longer. As a result, the uterus falls into the vaginal canal. In fact, it can become so bad that the uterus can be seen outside of the vaginal opening.

– Strengthening the PC with Kegel Exercises

If you want to tighten and strengthen your vagina, doing Kegel exercises is certain to accomplish this. It will also help treat, if not eliminate, stress urinary incontinence. It will also help prevent uterine prolapse, since if your pelvic floor is strong, it will be able to retain the pelvic organs.

Best of all, your sex life will become INCREDIBLE

Many women are also looking to tighten their vagina to make their sex life better. And better it will become. No, wait. It will become AMAZING. MIND-BLOWING. EARTH-SHATTERING. Am I exaggerating? NO! After doing Kegels for about three weeks, my vagina became much stronger, and I developed an awesome awareness of my vagina muscles during sex. I was able to make my husband absolutely squirm. It adds an entirely new facet to your sex life. Actually, it’s an entirely new WORLD.

In short, doing Kegel exercises to strengthen your PC not only keep your pelvic floor healthy, but you’ll enjoy earth-shattering orgasms every night of your life.
