Quacquarelli Symonds recently ranked the top most student-friendly cities in the world. Out of the 4416 cities in the world, Mumbai is ranked at 85 while New Delhi follows closely behind at number 86.
These rankings are based on six composite indicators: affordability, desirability, student mix, rankings, employer activity, and, for the first time — student view.
8,000 students were asked to name the cities they would like to study in, the quality of their experience there, and their willingness to remain in the study post graduation.
